How to return or exchange a piece.
Unworn ready-to-ship pieces with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. We collect from your door in India.
Made-to-order
Pieces cut to order can't be returned, but the first alteration is free within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Write to customer care with your order number
- We'll book a pickup within 48 hours
- Refunds reach your original payment method 5–7 days after we receive the piece
